Junior Product Owner, Project manager in Icecat

At Icecat, we are seeking to enhance our team with a competent, and dynamic Junior Product Owner/Project Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the development and management of our product features. You will work closely with our core team to gather requirements, prioritize the product backlog, and ensure the timely delivery of features. Icecat NV is the market leader in product content solutions. Through our services and solutions, we enable brands, retailers, and marketplaces to exchange product content in a simple and fast way.

Our services include a content catalog, e-commerce integrations, and Product Information Management (PIM) systems.

Our team:

There are 18 people in a team: backend and frontend developers, QA, DevOps, Support, Product Owner, and Project Manager/Scrum Master.

The members of our team are located in Ukraine, Germany, Armenia, and The Netherlands.

We`re working on a Scrum process, which includes: Daily meetings, Plannings, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Additionally, we have Backlog refinement and Knowledge sharing sessions to promote continuous improvement and collaboration.

Responsibilities:
 -  Plan, organize, manage, and optimize team workflow to enhance effectiveness and ensure timely delivery of features.
 -  Facilitate and lead all team events and meetings, fostering collaboration and alignment among team members.
  - Review and assess team resources, processes, and feature requirements, ensuring all necessary elements are in place for successful feature development.
 -  Manage ongoing sprint work, including task allocation, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
 -  Monitor and control ongoing sprint developments, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
 -  Identify, track and assess requirements changes, create and maintain requirements documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.
-   Maintain constant communication and collaboration with the Product Owner, providing updates on project progress and identifying potential risks and solutions.

Required Skills:
-   Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for organizing team workflow and product documentation.
 - Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets or other tools for data processing and analysis.
 -  Familiarity with Figma for creating basic functionality prototypes and presentations.
 - Basic understanding of internet functionality, client-server platforms, and HTTP methods.
 -  Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency, both verbal and written.

Desired Experience:
-   Experience with Agile framework practices, such as Scrum or Kanban.
