Junior Product Manager (Ukraine/Poland) in SKELAR

We are currently looking for a Product Manager to one from our successful businesses - Liven. 

Liven is a company that creates products to integrate knowledge about human behavior into the daily lives of users, enabling them to optimize their emotional state. 

We make behavioral techniques accessible to people, enabling them to reduce procrastination and stress, increase focus and energy levels, and improve overall well-being.

We launched the business at the beginning of 2023 and have already confirmed its success — we have found unit-economy, payback and are actively scaling, expanding the team from 3 to 35 people. In the role of Product manager, you are expected to:

— Generate hypotheses to improve product metrics through the process of conducting a/b tests;< br/>— Research and optimize the user journey to improve the user experience;
— Together with the team, build new directions in the product and processes in them;
— Control the product development process at all stages from idea to analysis;< br/>— Conduct comprehensive market, user and competitor research to find product growth points.

What is important to us:
Must-have:
— The ability to systematically approach problem solving - to look for the cause of the problem, break it down into small components and form solutions;
— Experience working on a product or in product analytics with hypothesis generation ;
— Experience working with data analytics services (Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or others);
— Ability to take responsibility and perform tasks 'from 0 to 1';
— High level motivation and desire for development;
— Level of English language proficiency: from Upper Intermediate (B2).

Nice-to-have:
— Basic understanding patterns in UX/UI;
— Experience in setting tasks and communicating with the development team, understanding development processes.
