Tasks:

• Development and implementation of a marketing strategy for Rx products: market analysis, formation of competitive advantages, determination of key areas of promotion.
• Launch of new drugs: planning and implementation of the launch of new products on the market.
• Product life cycle management: support at every stage of product development. 
• Market and competitor analysis: study of market trends and competitors, strategy adaptation.
• Cooperation with key opinion leaders (KOL) - anesthesiologists/cardiologists/oncologists/neurologists - five products in portfolios
• Training for medical representatives: team training, creation of training materials.
• Marketing budget management: cost planning to achieve strategic goals.
• Search for new molecules: work with the search and evaluation of promising molecules to expand the portfolio.

Important:

• Medical or pharmaceutical education (required).
• English language at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Experience as a medical representative or small experience as a product manager in a pharmaceutical field.
• Complete marketing courses and a strong desire to develop in product management.
• Analytical thinking, communication skills and a proactive approach.
