Junior Product Manager in SKELAR

TechCrunch, Wired and other global media also write about SKELAR businesses. We are currently looking for a Junior Product Manager for one of our portfolio companies, SKELAR. This team has successfully confirmed the viability of the business, found unit-economy, reached the break-even point and is actively scaling. In the role of Junior Product Manager You Will - Generate and maintain the main processes for launching and monitoring experiments and A/B tests - Collect and analyze data to support decision-making on product development.— Participate in the development of product strategy and improvement of user experience.— Work on improvement and optimization of business processes, in particular within the product team.— Collaborate with different teams (analytics, marketing, design, development) to achieve product goals. What is important to us:— Basic understanding of the basics of product work and the ability to learn.— Analytical and critical thinking, ability to work with data.— Knowledge of basic product metrics.— Ability to structure and present ideas.— High level of motivation and desire to develop in product management.— Level of English: from Upper Intermediate (B2).— Possible pluses: experience with A/B tests, knowledge of SQL or other tools for data analysis.
