Junior product manager (CAD Decor) in SITTA SOFT

SITTA SOFT supplies professional interior design and design software (CAD Decor).

I am looking for a Junior Product Manager (CAD Decor) to help me with my daily tasks. I have been working with this software since 2016, first at the software manufacturer in the position of "Specialist in training and customer support", then in 2019 I created SITTA SOFT and perform various duties (customer service, conducting training, solving organizational issues), with with the aim of providing designers and tile salons with access to the CAD Decor software and the ability to work with it. I add additional information about me below.

Working conditions:

• Mon-Fri, 10-17 or part-time. Depends on the skills
• Two Fridays / month - weekend
• Flexible schedule: you can start the working day between 8-11, and also, if you wish, you can move one of the work days. days on Sat or Sun (1 time / month)
• Salary 16,000-20,500 UAH, depending on skills. We are ready to pay more to proactive people who study, propose, implement
• Remote work
• Peaceful atmosphere, with respect for everyone's existing abilities, skills and limitations

Plan for the year 11.2024-10.2025:

1. Continue servicing existing CAD Decor users:

• conducting online - education
• development of Ukrainian user manual and video instructions
• translation of new materials

2. Increase the number of tile salons that know about the new Ukrainian version of the CAD Decor program. For this, we must perform, for example:

• online presentations (up to 90 minutes)
• training for users of the demo version of the program
• every week 10 calls to salons that do not yet have a program (after prior correspondence)

Currenti Task: Translation of texts: Polish (English) > into Ukrainian Drafting of texts documents (according to the template), e.g. "CAD Decor.doc user manual", "Instruction.doc"

I want to transfer partially or completely several of these tasks:

• Distance training for clients, 3-8 classes of 90 minutes each — the basics of using the interior design and design program CAD Decor (the program is very intuitive)< /li>
• Working with Excel tables, LibreOffice (basic level)
• Sometimes it will be necessary to analyze something / gather information / understand the topic

  • Of course, such topics have several stages — from a very general overview to a detailed one.

To perform these tasks, I consider the following necessary:

• attention to details (at the same time, not perfectionism)
• competent command of Ukrainian language
• knowledge of English, min B1
• ability to analyze information
• responsibility, self-organization
• confident PC user
• stableand the Internet

About me

My name is Stania. This is what gives my life meaning - connecting with others, personal growth, learning and helping those around me. I put these values ​​into practice mainly through the following activities:
