What tasks you will face:

• data collection and processing through external software and extensions (Helium10, Keepa, etc.)
• analysis of competitors, feedback, customer service and key market requests
• identification of market trends and preparation of forecasts and product launch strategies
• preparation of technical tasks (TOR) for creation and optimization of listings
• analysis of requirements and preparation of products for launch on international marketplaces
• search information about trends in the field of marketplaces
• development of new products and services of the company
• creation of graphs, documents, presentations and tables
• formation of data in Google Slides, Canva and Power Point
• resolving complex issues within seller accounts (troubleshooting)
• communication with the support of Amazon, eBay and other marketplaces

• you want to learn and develop professionally in e-commerce product analytics and consulting
• perhaps without experience jobs
• interested in areas such as e-commerce, analytics, marketing and consulting (we have an interweaving of all these areas)
• have an analytical mindset
• possess the level of English - Upper Intermediate and above
• basic knowledge of working with Amazon will be a plus
