Junior Product Designer (Liven App) in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international food IT companies according to the rules of the venture investment world. Together with the co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.

We are currently looking for a Product designer to of one of our successful businesses - Liven.

Liven is a company that creates products to integrate knowledge about human behavior into the everyday life of users, enabling them to optimize their emotional state.

We make behavioral techniques accessible to people, allowing them to reduce procrastination and stress, increase concentration and energy levels, and improve overall well-being.

We launched the business at the beginning of 2023 and have already confirmed its success — we have found unit-economy, payback and are actively scaling, expanding the team from 3 to 80 people. With a strong unit economy and impressive growth, we offer a unique opportunity for talented people to join our high-performing team.

In the role of Product designer, you are waiting for:
— Design development for the iOS, Android and Web platforms;
— Research and optimization of the user journey to improve user experience and product metrics;
— Together with the team, build new directions in the product and processes in them;
— Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to improve the product;
— Maintain and improve the design system;
— Closely interact with the product, design team and developers.

What is important to us:
Must-have:
— Experience with Figma, ability to work with components and variables;
— Systematically approach problem solving - find the cause, break it down into small components and form decisions;
— Ability to take responsibility and perform tasks "from 0 to 1";
— High level of motivation and desire for development;
— Teamwork and orientation to result;
— Critical and analytical thinking, decision-making based on data;
— Proficiency in English at the level of understanding and reading.

Nice-to-have:
— Graphic design and animation skills;
— Experience in setting tasks and communicating with the development team, understanding development processes;
— Experience working on a generation producthypothesis.

In addition to businesses, we are developing a charity fund SKELAR foundation, which was created by the company's employees. As part of the initiative, we create and finance projects that contribute to overcoming the consequences of the war and rebuilding Ukraine
