I am Anton, PPC Team Lead in the performance marketing company expla, which has been developing projects in the field of performance since 2015. marketing, combining an entrepreneurial business approach and modern technological solutions to achieve results.

Our team is responsible for the development of new verticals in the company's most dynamic marketing department. Every month we attract tens of thousands of customers for our partners from the USA and Europe using Google Ads.
We are looking for anambitious, responsible and talented Junior PPC Manager who (-а) will be responsible for our new verticals to grow rapidly and become the largest in the company by profit.

Your tasks:   < /strong>               
 - Market research, competitor analysis and development of a new niche;
- Launching own Google Ads campaigns and scaling them to achieve KPIs;
- Continuous optimization of Google Ads marketing campaigns and their improvement of results (primarily ROI and profit);
- A/B-testing — constant development and testing of hypotheses to improve the product metrics of the funnel;
- Finding methods to improve the business model in cooperation with the BizDev department.                             
We expect:
- Understanding of basic marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CR);
- Experience working with Excel, Google Sheets at an advanced level;
- Data-driven approach to anything at work;
- Ability to clearly express and argue your point of view; Upper-Intermediate/B2 or higher.

It is a plus if you have:
- Experience in the marketing department of a large IT product;
- Experience with Paid Search.
