What you need to do: Maintain office document flow, work with incoming/outgoing correspondence. Organize and prepare external and internal meetings and business trips of the directorate. Keep a schedule of meetings. Control the terms of execution of orders and instructions of the director. Conduct personnel records together with the head of the personnel service. Conduct initial interviews for ordinary positions; Conduct training and accept certifications according to the company's internal rules; and conducting all motivational and corporate events. What we provide: At the time of joining the position - from the first working day, we pay a rate of UAH 21,000.
