Operator of the gas transport system of Ukraine LLC has an open position:
Junior personnel inspector
Functional responsibilities:
- Conducts work on timely registration, transfer and dismissal of employees, staff placement;
- Prepares draft orders on personnel issues (on acceptance on work, transfer, relocation, dismissal, change of account data, granting of vacations, incentives, imposition of fines, business trips, etc.), registration and formation of them in files, current storage of orders; (identity cards) of dismissed employees of the office and divisions of the Company's office;
- Participates in the preparation of the Department's files for archival storage (verification of case documents, numbering of case sheets, compilation of the internal description and certification of the case).
Necessary skills and knowledge:
- Higher education, incomplete higher education (bachelor);
- Without work experience,
- PC skills at the level of an experienced user (MS Office, especially Excel, Word);
- Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine, record keeping and personal data protection is desirable;
- Experience with SAP HR systems - HCM module (or similar ERP systems) - will be additional advantages;
- Analytical thinking, attention to details, self-organization and responsibility, initiative, flexibility and adaptability, professional ethics and communication skills, focus on results, the desire to learn and grow professionally
