Main duties:

• Organization and management a full cycle of personnel administration (including military accounting - we will teach you!).
• Experience with the portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine (creation of electronic labor records) is welcome.

< strong>Main requirements:

• Experience of working in the organization of personnel document management for 3 years with a staff of 50 or more employees.
• Knowledge of labor legislation (KZpP, Law about vacations, etc.).
• Complete higher education (documentation, record keeping, jurisprudence).
• Knowledge of 1C programs (ZUP 8.3), BAS Corp, Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work with a large volume of information and in multitasking mode.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to cooperate with employees at different levels.
• Attention to details.
• Competent oral and written Ukrainian language.
