Junior Payment Specialist in Together Networks

Together Networks is a world-renowned full-cycle IT product company with over 15 years of experience in developing online platforms in 40 countries. Every month, the company attracts 9.5+ million new users to its 300+ sites and is among the TOP-3 companies in its niche in the Western market!

In connection with the expansion, we are looking for a Junior Payment Specialist to provide payment and service support to the company's English-speaking customers.

What is important:

• The level of written English;
• Ability to work 40 hours a week (evening and night shifts are provided);
• Ability to quickly absorb information;

Future tasks:

• Providing payment and service support to the company's customers in the online chat
• Help in navigating and using the company's sites
• Answers to customers regarding payments, subscriptions and their cancellation

Schedule:5 flexible shifts per week, 7 hours + 1 hour break;
shifts: 8:00-16:00, 16:00-00:00, 00:00-8:00.
