Junior Operations Manager (Marketing) in Ajax Systems

Responsibilities:

• Processing requests for payment for services from the Marketing department;
• Creating payment requests and other documents in 1C for paying for services;
• Maintaining the process of paying for services, prompt updating, providing feedback on the status of payments;
• Working with the budget of the department;
• Setting tasks for the legal department to sign contracts for the provision of services;
• Managing the department's document flow (organizing the exchange of primary and contractual documentation, drawing up orders and estimates);
• Ordering devices at the request of colleagues;
• Administrative and informational support department;
• Participation in the construction of administrative processes and procedures of the department.

Requirements:

• A confident user of Google Docs;
• English language - pre intermediate;
• Knowledge of Jira, 1C, SAP, practical work skills, as well as basic knowledge of accounting and legal affairs will be advantage.
