Now Netpeak Agencies Group is expanding and looking for a Junior Operation Specialist (financial assistant)< /strong>, who will communicate a lot with internal customers and work with financial documentation and contracts. If you have the relevant experience, send your resume as soon as possible!

Your skills:

1. Work experience as an accountant or financier from 1 year.

2. English B1 for working with foreign contracts and return letters (all in English).

3. Understanding of primary document flow.

4. Experience with contracts and calculations.

5. Ability to work with Google Spreadsheet formulas.

6. Ability to count and analyze information.

7. A super skill is to dig to the bottom and find the lost 3 pennies in the documentation :)

8. Attention to detail, self-organization, ability to plan and desire to organize everything.

9. Good communication skills and empathy

Will be a plus:

- Legal or accounting- accounting education.

What should be done:

1. Control:

- return of documents from clients;

- keeping a register of contracts, re-signing of contracts with clients;

- mutual settlements with clients — timely invoicing and their payment , timely issuance of acts of completed works and their signing;

- presence of payments and customer debts.

2. Communicate a lot with internal clients on payment and document management issues.

3. To carry out other assignments and help the PMs.
