We are looking for a Junior Operation Managerto Enterprise of the department, who will become a real master in process management and reporting and will be able to optimize them.

What we expect from the candidate:

• Do you have experience with CRM systems and Google Suite, and especially love Google Sheets? Then we are already on the same page!
• Analytics and communication are your strengths, you know how to structure information and find a common language with everyone.
• You know how to organize your own time and work in a team, distributing tasks so that everything works like clockwork.
• You create presentations and reports that are hard to take your eyes off.
• English at B1 level and above? Super! This will be a big plus.

What will you do:

• Check that all the data in the reports are accurate, and the presentations for the boards impress with their quality.
• Constantly update the data in the CRM system and Dashboards.
• Create and maintain the correctness of reports, instructions and templates.
• Cooperate with other departments so that all processes are aligned and work clearly.
• Assist in the day-to-day operational affairs of the department, keep your finger on the pulse of all processes and monitor the completion of tasks.
