- Preparing workplaces for new specialists;
- installation and setup of additional software providing;
- Backup and Data Restoration;
- Technical Consulting (Saport);
- User Life Cycle Tracking: Current Status, Solution and Closing ;
- Analysis and removal of hardware (block repair) and PC software faults
- Inventory of technical means and software licenses
