Junior network optimization engineer in ZTE, corporation

Functional duties:

• 4G network planning and integration.
• 2G/3G/4G key performance indicators (KPI) optimization and site troubleshooting.
• li>Configuring and implementing eNodeB functions and parameters.
• Analyzing and reporting on key performance indicators and taking actions for improvement.
• Providing technical support to one of the largest telecommunications operators

Minimumqualificationand experience:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or students (5th year of university) (engineering, telecommunications ).
• Fundamental understanding of GSM, WCDMA and LTE technologies.
• Strong analytical, teaching and research skills.< /li>
• Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Good knowledge of principles of work, operation and elements of 2G, 3G and 4G mobile networks.
• Creative thinking and innovative skills.
• Experience with tools Drive testing and post-processing tools such as Tems, Actix, Keysight will be considered an advantage.
• Previous experience in optimizing, planning and performing configuration activities in a RAN network will be considered an advantage.
• Experience with SQL/Python/Wireshark/ would be an advantage
