Junior network engineer (L2) | Junior/Middle NOC Engineer (L2) in COSMONOVA|NET

Cosmonova is not just a provider, it is the infrastructure heart for many businesses. We are looking for someone who will become the "watchman" of our backbone network and ensure its stability 24/7.

What we entrust you with:

• Monitoring and response: you will be the first to see triggers in Zabbix and the last to close the request after the problem is fully resolved.

• Network management: setting up access-level switches (D-Link, Arista, Extreme), working with VLANs (.1Q) and organizing L2 channels.

• Service support: 1st line assistance in solving non-standard "blockages" and working with data center subscribers (IPKVM, access to Hermozon).

• Change support: you will give the "Start" command to the installation department to replace the equipment and check whether everything "flew off" after the work.

• Administration: making changes to the DNS, updating the knowledge base and HelpDesk.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has experience in telecom (providers, data centers).

• You or "mature" L1, who is already stuck in the framework of simple monitoring, or a confident L2 engineer.

• Fluent CLI of at least one of the vendors (Cisco-like, Arista, D-link).

• On "you" with the OSI model, knows the difference between TCP and UDP, understands the principles of NAT, DHCP, SNMP.
