Requirements:

• ability to install and configure various operating systems (Linux, MacOS, Windows), software;

• diagnosis and troubleshooting skills with various programs, equipment;

• understand the principles of operation network equipment and network protocols;

• ability to work with domain and mail services;

• ability to communicate with users and understand their needs;

• ability to communicate with the team;

• not to be afraid of difficult tasks, but to find methods of solving them.

Your tasks will be:

• user support;
• configuration of working tools Linux Ubuntu, MacOS, Windows;

• installation of OS and software and drivers on users' computers;
• configuration of network equipment (routers, access points including Mikrotik, TP-Link, Ubiquiti);
• technical support for MacOS, Linux, Windows applications;
• conducting inspection and inventory of equipment park;
• installing updates on workstations, servers, network equipment;
• maintenance of equipment;
• preparation of new workplaces;
• purchase of new equipment PC setup and hardware;
• creating\deleting user accounts;
• configuring servers on Linux (mail, VPN , proxy, etc.);
• ensuring fault tolerance, powering the office (connecting charging stations, generators).
