Today we are looking for a Junior/Middle Recruiter< /strong>, which will help us implement ambitious projects for clients in Ukraine and Europe.

What awaits you?

• Search for talented specialists for top vacancies in Europe and Ukraine through professional social networks and our networking.
• Working with a modern ATS system for maintaining a candidate database.
• Active communication with candidates through professional platforms, social networks and messengers.
• Regular execution of plans and achievement of KPIs.
• Daily cooperation with the team and reporting.

Our expectations from you:

• Experience in recruiting/sourcing from 6 months - you know how to look for talent.
• Level English not lower than Upper-Intermediate for working with European clients.
• Interest in IT — willingness to understand programming languages, frameworks and the specifics of various roles.
• Organization, responsibility and the ability to keep focus on the result.
• Willingness to learn, develop and accept challenges.
