Junior/Middle QA Desktop in Ajax Systems

That is why the QA Department at Ajax Systems accompanies the product both at the development stage and in the process of production and further development. They detect bugs in hardware, software, or system interactions. This is not just a team of "clickers", these are creative engineers. They test new devices in various extreme conditions: they simulate the movements of people and animals, reproduce complex weather conditions, temperature changes, arrange controlled fires and floods. This is an opportunity to be part of a team working on the integration of streaming video into the Ajax ecosystem. You will work with mobile applications that interact with the backend and physical devices. Tasks: - Participate in release preparation; write test cases and test plans, conduct functional testing; - cooperate with team members to achieve the best results (developers, QA others teams);- help in troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Necessary knowledge and skills:- 1+ years of work experience; knowledge of QA principles and methodologies;- experience of desktop and mobile testing;- understanding of client-server architecture;- experience of working with XCode/ Android studio, emulators, etc.; - experience working with logs of mobile and desktop applications; - writing all types of test documentation (Jira/TestRail); - understanding of version control systems (git) and their principles; - strong technical mindset and analytical thinking;- high attention to details. Will be a plus: - Experience with video testing; - experience with the grpc protocol.
