We are looking for a talented Manual QA Specialist with mobile experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will work on a secure communications platform designed for organizations that require strict privacy and compliance standards. It offers end-to-end encrypted messaging, calling, file sharing, and meeting capabilities across multiple devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough manual testing of mobile applications across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Desktop).
• Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, and test scripts.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, TestRail.
• Perform regression testing to ensure that resolved bugs do not reappear in the software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure product quality.
• Provide detailed and structured feedback to developers and other stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

• 0.5-3 years of experience in manual QA testing, with a focus on mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Experience with mobile testing tools and frameworks.
• Experience with DB testing.
• Experience with BE components testing.
• Ability to write clear and concise test documentation, including test cases and bug reports.
• Proven Upper-Intermediate level of English (or higher).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with automated testing tools and scripting.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Basic understanding of coding or scripting languages.
• Experience in testing web applications in addition to mobile apps.
• Experience with basic pen testing principles
• Experience with VCS
