Your ideal profile
Must-have:
  • From 7 months of work in HR (ideally in IT, but we will also consider other fields);
  • Knowledge of the basics of labor legislation of Ukraine;
  • Understanding basic HR processes and employee life cycle;
  • The desire to develop specifically in the direction of HR partnership;
  • Basic understanding of HR metrics or willingness to quickly learn to work with data;
  • Ability to work in Excel/Google Sheets at a high level;
  • A structured approach to work and the ability to manage several tasks in parallel;
  • Excellent communication skills in Ukrainian;
  • The ability to find a common language with different people;
  • Proactivity and desire to learn new things;
  • Responsibility and result orientation;
  • Flexibility and readiness for changes in a dynamic environment;
What will you do as HR Manager;
  • Support HR processes – help manage the full life cycle of employees: from onboarding to adaptation and further development;
  • Work with teams - build communication with employees, collect feedback and help solve HR issues;
  • Learn to work with data - collect HR metrics, prepare reports and analyze basic indicators;
  • Assist in projects – participate in HR initiatives under the mentorship of experienced colleagues;
  • Develop HR tools – help optimize existing processes and implement new practices;
  • Coordinate events - organize corporate activities and training sessions for teams.
Nice to have:
  • Work experience in IT companies;
  • Experience of participating in HR projects;
  • Certificates or courses in HR;
