You will play a key role in developing creative materials for our digital product advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience in performance marketing with a focus on banner advertising, a strong understanding of design, and proficiency with software such as Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Illustrator.Responsibilities:Creating 2D banners and video creatives for our digital products' advertising activities;Collaborating with the marketing and UA teams on advertising campaigns;Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends;Generating new ideas and trends. Requirements:At least 1 year of experience as a Graphic/Motion Designer;Experience in performance marketing, especially in banner advertising;Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and typography;Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Illustrator;Creative thinking and the ability to come up with and develop new ideas;Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications:Experience in creating static banners;Experience with animations in After Effects;Proficiency in using AI tools like MidJourney and DALL-E. About the Role:Understanding of current design trends;Ability to generate new creative ideas;A good sense of composition, color, and typography;Ability to solve problems independently and work collaboratively within a team.
