The tool allows for the analysis of product associations using loyalty card data and the analysis results received after generating dendrograms. This info enables simulating assortment scenarios, reviewing gross and net financial impact (across units, revenue, profit), and determining brands to rationalize and identify power stock keeping units (SKU).Such solution lets the end-user change a set of products from the assortment by adding/removing products and overriding their metrics.
