Junior / Middle Designer, Motion Designer in Guys Who Shoot

Guys Who Shoot is a creative video production that creates digital projects for leading brands. We believe in the power of visual content and are looking for a talented Junior / Middle designer who will create projects of a national scale with us.

What will you do:

Create designs for digital campaigns (from concepts to final visuals)

- Create 2D animation projects together with the art director and Senior Motion Designer.

- Work closely with directors, cameramen and producers, to find the best creative solutions.

- Design directorial and production treatments.

- Make presentations with creative ideas.

We are waiting for you:

- You have Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and other design and animation tools

- You have a portfolio with real cases. As in design, and in motion

- You like to experiment with new formats and styles

- You know how to work in a team and quickly adapt to changes

- Experience in 3D graphics and knowledge of Blender is a big plus!
