Our main focus of work is B2B services and technology solutions for clients from all over the world. And yes, maintaining a legal and transparent market of Ukraine is a must-have, which is why we were the third in the country to receive a B2B license to provide services in the field of gambling. We are expanding our dream team and are looking for a Middle Betting Operation Manager.

Your future tasks:

• regular testing of product performance, corrections if necessary;
• regular control of user gaming activity, transfer to relevant departments for verification;
• ensuring and monitoring the relevance of content on the product;
• adjustment of promo activities, bonuses ;
• interaction with related Promo/Retention/PR/Marketing departments, as well as with external partners;
• moderation of requests from Support to suppliers, help in solving problem situations;
• close cooperation with the product manager of the direction.

Your skills :

• must have 2 years of experience related to sports betting (support, content -management, risk management);
• general understanding of the principles of the bookmaker’s work, understanding of user behavior patterns;
• experience of working with cms;
• ability to work in an environment , which changes quickly;
• excellent communication and organization skills;
• English Intermediate.

Preferred but not critical:

• basic knowledge of HTML layout;
• ability to identify game fraud.
