We are expanding our dream team and are looking for a Junior/Middle Arbitrage Graphic Designer ✅Your future tasks: creating static creatives for buyers; android application design; PVA design; iOs application design development. 💪 Your skills: work experience in graphic design 1+ year, gambling experience will be an advantage (for middle school 2+ in gambling is mandatory); medium/high level of mastery of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, After Effects (not necessary, but will be an advantage); have a portfolio; experience working with AI (Midjourney or others); willingness to work hard and put effort into every task, to work productively even in situations when difficulties are encountered or additional time and effort are required; willingness to learn and grow professionally, desire to constantly improve one's skills; effective time management: the ability to effectively plan one's working time, allocate tasks and complete them within the allotted time; the ability to critically analyze one's work and accept constructive criticism for further improvement; to work effectively in a team, taking into account other opinions and ideas; willingness to adapt to changes, quickly respond to new requirements and technological trends; the ability to think creatively and innovatively, to look for new ideas and ways of expression through design; the ability to analyze tasks, identify the needs of different departments (Bayeng and development) and understand the target audience (players); the ability to effectively communicate with team members, colleagues from other departments, to effectively cooperate with other team members, to listen to their ideas and thoughts, to interact to achieve common goals.
