Junior Media Buyer (no experience / with training) in Aff1

AFF1 (aff1.com) - Direct Advertiser & Affiliate Network for Nutra & WhiteHat is looking for a Media Buyer to join their DreamTeam. 

This is a starting position - we teach from the ground up!

• Someone who is really interested in working with traffic and numbers

We have a minimum of bureaucracy and maximum opportunities to grow quickly, learn and become a strong specialist.

 What you will learn with us:

• Pour traffic in native networks (different geos)
• Search and test creatives (spy services, VPN)
• Run A/B tests of hypotheses and funnels
• Optimize campaigns for CTR, CR, ROI
• Scale successful connections
• Monitor traffic (yes, even outside 9-17 - traffic does not sleep)

What for us important:

• Basic understanding of digital marketing or strong desire to learn

• Confidence in using Google and basic Excel

• Understanding or interest in metrics (CTR, CR, ROI)

• Readiness to work with numbers and analytics

Will a plus:

• Experience in analytics / marketing / finance

• Working with KPIs or numbers

• Familiarity with AI tools

We offer:

• Fully remote work

• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:00 (in contact with TL/mentor)

• After 17:00 and on weekends - basic traffic control

•  Training: 7-10 days + mentor support

•  Probationary period: 2 months

•  Focus on the result, and not for "spent hours"

• With increasing results - more freedom and autonomy
