Who are we looking for
A proactive person who loves AI tools, is not afraid of research and knows how to find customers where they are. "not visible". This is a junior level, but with a strong drive to the result.
Your tasks
Form target lists (ICP): game studios, Web3 projects, agencies.
Search for leads on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Telegram/Discord communities, as well as on Clutch/GoodFirms, Behance, ArtStation.
Contact search (email/DM), easy validation, basic qualification.
Write short personalized first messages and A/B test approaches (AI + your brain).
Book introductions/calls in calendar, do basic pre-brief.
Work with the founder: short daily updates, weekly findings.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in B2B lead generation / SDR / marketing (possible experience/freelance).
intermediate English level.
Comfort with AI tools (ChatGPT etc.) for research, writing and structuring.
Basic work with CRM.
Attention to details, persistence and polite tone in cold communication.
Will be a plus
Experience in GameDev/Web3/startups.
Knowledge of prospecting tools (Apollo/Snov.io/Hunter).
Understanding of basic funnel metrics (reply rate, book rate, show rate).
