We are an IT company from the fintech (financial technology) industry, creating technologies for Forex Brokers. We have created a technological environment, along with a transaction engine, on which we have built our own trading platform (Match-Trader) for companies providing financial services around the world. We are looking for a versatile person interested in implementing 360 marketing activities for the B2B industry in the Fintech market. Advanced knowledge of English enabling efficient communication and creating marketing content is a requirement because the company operates on the global market and has an international team, and all materials are prepared in English.
✅ Basic experience in marketing (internship, internship);
✅ Advanced knowledge of English;
✅ Readiness to learn how to create product communication, taking into account sales goals;
✅ Knowledge of e-marketing (beginner level) and the practical use of CMS, CRM and Google tools (Analytics, GAds, GSC) to verify the effectiveness of activities;
✅ Knowledge of the new technology market;
✅ Good understanding of digital marketing best practices;
✅ Sense of responsibility for preparing content and activities;
✅ Willingness to learn new things, good work organization, multitasking.
✅ Knowledge of the Fintech industry;
✅ Support for tools such as: Jira, Slack.
➡️ Support in creating substantive content for media publications/speeches at fairs in cooperation with the Sales and Business Development departments;
➡️ Updating content on websites - working in CMS, publishing posts in SoMe;
➡️ Together with Digital Expert, supervision of GAds and Linkedin Ads performance campaigns; use of paid media exposure and reach campaigns (banner campaigns);
➡️ Participation in team meetings to synchronize marketing and sales activities;
➡️ Verification of marketing/lead activities in CRM Hubspot;
➡️ Preparing reports on ongoing activities, including analysis of effects and conclusions along with recommendations for changes/new actions.
We offer people working with us on a B2B contract a 30-day paid break from providing services in on an annual basis, and in the case of persons on a mandate contract - 24 days (per year);
