Junior Marketing Manager in CalibraK21

CalibraK21 - a company specializing in strategic distribution and representative offices of consumer electronics brands. We build and develop global brands in Ukraine.

We are looking for a talented and creative junior manager in marketing that will help our team reach new heights! If you have experience in launching advertising campaigns, understand the market and competitors, know how to work with content and graphic editors - we are waiting for you!

Basic responsibilities:

• Market and competitor analysis style: normal; text-decoration: none">: Identifying trends, competitor behavior and opportunities for development

• Managing content creation processes: Preparation of technical tasks for designers, control of content creation

• Generating ideas for new methods of product promotion

• Starting targeted advertising: Planning and conducting advertising campaigns in social networks and other platforms

• Copywriting: Creating texts for advertisements, social networks and other marketing materials

• Brand image support: Control of the formation of a positive brand image in the eyes of consumers

• Generating reports: Data visualization and report preparation

• Working with graphic editors: Using Figma and Photoshop tools for processing and preparing visual materials

Requirements:

• < span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Experience in marketing

• Basic skills with Figma and Photoshop

• Experience in running targeted advertising and copywriting

• A confident user of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

• Analytical thinking and ability to work with market data

• Creativity and the ability to quickly adapt to changes
