Junior Listing Manager (Web3/Crypto) in PointPay

 Listing Researcher (Web3 / Crypto) | Remote

We are growing our Web3 & Crypto ecosystem and are looking for a Listing Researcher to help us find and connect with crypto projects for listing on the PointPay platform.

This role is a strong entry point into Web3: you’ll adapt to Web3 listing workflows, understand how the process works end-to-end, and with solid performance you can grow into a Listing Manager role with high commissions and more independence — and later progress to a Listing Team Lead position (managing up to 8 listing agents).

PointPay is a crypto-in-one place platform that allows users to open current & savings accounts in cryptocurrency and earn daily interest accruals. We’re expanding our ecosystem by onboarding new crypto projects for listings.

— at the Listing Manager level, in case of high results, a full-time in-house format (base rate + %), exclusive cooperation with PointPay, may be discussed depending on performance and business needs

 Team hours & overlap

Our team operates 09:00–17:00 (GMT+2, Kyiv, Ukraine time).

You can work from anywhere, but we expect daily overlap with the team during its working hours for smooth coordination and handovers.

 Compensation1) Fixed rate for confirmed chats (monthly)

Payment is calculated per confirmed chat created and handed over to the Listing Team Lead, provided the minimum monthly threshold is reached:

• Up to 30 confirmed chats/month — $1 per chat
• 30–39 — $1.5 per chat
• 40–49 — $2 per chat
• 50+ — $2.5 per chat

Important:

• A chat is counted only if you independently initiate the contact and hand it over to the Listing Team Lead.
• Payout: once per month (based on monthly results).

2) Commission from successful deals

You receive 8% of the listing deal amount if:

• the project was found and brought in by you; and
• the deal was successfully closed by the Listing Team Lead.

Commission split (16% total):

• 8% — Listing Researcher
• 8% — Deal-closer (Listing Team Lead)

Minimum listing fee: $5,000 > your 8% = $400

Commission payout: within up to 1 week after deal closure.

 Responsibilities

• search for crypto project contacts / decision-makers
• initiate outreach via Telegram, Reddit, and other channels
• work with lists and sources provided by the SEO team
• move communication to negotiation stage
• create a working chat with the Listing Team Lead for deal handover and closure

 Who we’re looking for

• strong communication skills + proactive mindset
• Listing/Sales/Business Development previous experience
• comfortable with outreach (no spam — quality approach)
• self-organized, result-driven
• interest in Web3/Crypto (experience is a plus, not a must)
