About the role:
Junior Lead Generation Specialistprovides stable operational support at the interface of outreach, content and CRM. The role will suit a person who likes order in data and processes, maintains regularity, transparently communicates statuses and takes tasks to the next step.
Main tasks:
Search and selection of contacts by ICP, lead to a meeting.> none">HubSpot support (contacts, tags, funnel), QA digital-points.
Requirements:
Higher education
Experience from 1 year with proven ability to work in processes and maintain system
proactivity
Ukrainian - fluent, English B2+
Google Sheets, CRM, Zoom / Meet;
openness to AI tools
Experience in B2B, working with experts / coaches, Canva / Figma, Notion, ClickUp, ChatGPT, understanding of YouTube as a channel will be a plus.
