Qualifications:

- Possess an endless reserve of motivation and a strong desire to be a part of a dynamic and impactful team;
- Proactive approachto implementation of ideas;
- High level of personal responsibility;
- Upper-intermediate English skills for effective communication;
- Prior experience in lead generation or sourcing roles is advantageous;
- Finished lead generation courses would be a huge plus.

Responsibilities:

- Active search leads based on the identified ICP, both manual and automated;
- Work with automation tools such as Linkedhelper, Apollo, Instantly;
- Custom approach to the top-level ICP;
- Develop and implement effective strategies for generating high-quality leads;
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential clients;
- Work collaboratively with the team to enhance overall productivity and achieve collective goals;
- Work with the pre-sale and marketing team to create high-quality content that will be used in lead-generation campaigns;
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in lead-generation campaigns;
- Reach KPIs daily with no exceptions. 

Recruitment stages:

  • Initial Interview - approx. 15 min;

  • Feedback;

  • Test task - 2 days for execution;

  • Detailed feedback;

  • Interview with CEO - up to 30 min;

  • Final feedback.
