We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior L&D Specialist to help our team organize learning and development processes. This role is for those who love order in data, are ready to support administrative processes and help create quality conditions for employee training.
We expect that you:
- have completed HR courses or internships in HR/L&D directions
- confident user of Google Workspace/Microsoft Office (Excel, Docs, Presentations)
- have basic knowledge of working with LMS systems (or willingness to quickly learn)
- attentive to details, able to work with large amounts of information
- have good communication skills and organization
- willing to work in a team and meet deadlines
Will be a plus:
- experience working with LMS (e.g. Moodle, Collaborator, TalentLMS or similar)
- understanding of basic principles of L&D, HR or administration of educational programs
- design skills (Canva, Figma, PowerPoint) to create visual content
Your area of responsibility:
- administer LMS systems: download tests, download/update Evaluation 360 (criteria, indicators, scale), download and design (covers, certificates) educational materials, assignment of tests, questionnaires for evaluation, training users
- maintain a training and testing calendar: create training meetings (or testing meetings) with a description and addition of participants, prepare participant lists, send invitations and reminders about training and testing events, edit the list of participants (if someone is transferred, it is added
- prepare drafts of communications (on the topic of training, testing, evaluation) with pictures to them
- collect and inarrange materials from trainers (presentations, handouts)
- prepare and accompany events: search for conference hall rental, organization of catering (including if the event will be held in the office), logistics of participants.
- help with processing reports (situationally, taking into account the need and workload of the main specialist)
- maintain statistics in the direction of L&D
- maintain the contractual part trainings
