Junior IT Recruiter (tech and non-tech) in QATestLab

QATestLab is an international provider of independent testing services with over 20 years of experience in providing QA support to companies from a variety of industries. We provide manual and automated testing services for web, desktop, mobile and cloud applications.

We are looking for a Junior IT Recruiter for full-time employment.

We consider candidates with the first practical with experience in IT recruiting who are looking to grow in the profession and ready to work with the full cycle of recruiting with the support of an incredible team

We are looking for:

• 0.5-2 years of experience in recruiting, of which at least 6 months of experience working with IT vacancies;
• basic practical experience of managing the full cycle of recruiting;
• understanding of principles competency interview;
• skills in sourcing and working with LinkedIn and job sites;
• ability to work in multitasking conditions and willingness to learn quickly;
• good communication skills and the ability to present the vacancy to candidates;
• systematism in work, responsibility and result orientation;
• developed emotional intelligence and the ability to work in dynamic environment;
• English language level - B1 strong and above.

Main responsibilities:

• Developing partnerships with by hiring managers: participation in withdrawing a request for personnel search, clarifying job requirements, matching the candidate profile and maintaining regular communication regarding the selection status.
• Creation of job profiles of various complexity: preparation of descriptions vacancies, forming a candidate's profile, coordinating requirements with the customer.
• Analysis and implementation of the sourcing strategy: independent search for candidates via LinkedIn, job sites, professional communities; formation of search queries; preparation of vacancy texts and their publication in accordance with the company's standards.
• Takesmode with candidates: resume screening, telephone and online prescreenings; presentation of vacancies; organization of further stages of selection; support of candidates to the offer stage.
• Market analysis: monitoring of trends in recruiting and the labor market; analysis of salary expectations of candidates; familiarization with new tools and approaches in IT recruiting.
• Working with database and reporting: managing candidates in ATS; maintaining the relevance of data; preparation of basic analytics on the recruiting funnel; submission of regular reports on the work performed.
