We are looking for a Junior IT Recruiter for full-time employment.

We are looking for:
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience, of which at least 1 year in IT recruiting;
- basic practical experience of conducting a full cycle of recruiting;
- understanding of the principles of competency interviewing;
- skills in sourcing and working with LinkedIn and job sites;
- ability to work in multitasking environments and willingness to learn quickly;
- good communication skills and the ability to present the vacancy to candidates;
- systematism in work, responsibility and focus on results;
- developed emotional intelligence and the ability to work in a dynamic environment;
- level of English - B1 strong and above.
Main duties:
- Development of partnerships with hiring managers: participation in withdrawing the application for personnel search, clarifying job requirements, coordinating the candidate's profile and maintaining regular communication regarding the selection status.
- Creating job profiles of varying complexity: preparing job descriptions, creating a candidate portrait, coordinating requirements with by the customer.
- Analysis and implementation of the sourcing strategy: independent search for candidates through LinkedIn, job sites, professional communities; formation of search queries; preparation of vacancy texts and their publication in accordance with company standards.
- Interaction with candidates: screening resyume, conducting telephone and online prescreenings; presentation of vacancies; organization of further stages of selection; support of candidates to the offer stage.
- Market analysis: monitoring of trends in recruiting and the labor market; analysis of salary expectations of candidates; familiarization with new tools and approaches in IT recruiting.
- Working with database and reporting: managing candidates in ATS; maintaining the relevance of data; preparation of basic analytics on the recruiting funnel; submission of regular reports on the work performed.
