Over the past 6 years, we've delivered more than 100 projects for clients in a variety of socially important industries, including health & fitness, media, arts & culture, and NGOsAs a team of creative and talented experts led by leaders with 15+ years of experience in technology, we love our projects, working together and doing everything to ensure the company’s and client’s growthRequirementsPrevious experience in sourcing / recruiting or a successfully passed education in this fieldExperience working at a tech-driven business (software development agency or IT outsourcing company) will be a plusFluency in spoken and written English (B2 level and higher)Great understanding of sourcing approaches across different platformsAbility to create, enact and adapt sourcing strategies according to the needs of the companyExperience working with sourcing and recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, etc (LinkedIn, Lever and SalesQL are our golden trio)Excellent communication and organizational skills, with previous cases in your experience to reflect themVolunteering experience in organizations, student associations, NGO’s and so on will be a plusRecruiting team mission you’ll contribute to:To consistently provide a recruitment service of high quality, guided by performance, transparency and respect. Through getting things done, we are committed to constantly improve hiring experience both for internal (our hiring team) and external (our candidates) users.
