You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for a range of positions, both tech and non-tech.Key Responsibilities: Utilize various channels to source candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Screen resumes and provide the relevant candidateEffectively communicate with the internal team.Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and prepare the CV with our template. Negotiate and finalize offers of employment with selected candidates. Requirements:Experience as a recruiter or talent sourcer preferably in IT fields. Experience in global recruitment Good communication in English, both speaking and writing.Knowledge of recruitment and sourcing tools.We Offer: Full-time remote.Beneficial package: paid vacation, national holidays, team building in Ukraine and abroad.
