Junior IT Project manager in Ornis

We are an Ornis recruitment agency and are currently recruiting for our client, a medium-sized product IT company developing SaaS solutions for the European market. The company is actively growing, the team consists of more than 60 people.

What awaits the candidate

• Coordination of 2-4 projects simultaneously in close cooperation with the senior PM
• Maintenance of documentation: roadmaps, sprint plans, meeting minutes
• Communication between developers, designers and by business stakeholders
• Tracking deadlines, risks and blockers in the team
• Working in Jira, Confluence, Notion
• Participation in planning and retrospectives in Scrum/Kanban teams

Who we are looking for

• Experience in an IT environment from 6 months (internship, assistant PM, QA, BA — are considered)
• Understanding Agile methodologies: Scrum or Kanban
• Basic knowledge of SDLC (how a product is developed from idea to release)
• Organization, ability to keep several tasks in mind at the same time
• English language Intermediate+ - correspondence and calls with foreign stakeholders
• Competent verbal and written communication

Will be a plus

• CAPM, PMI certificate or course from Projector/EPAM/Beetroot
• Experience working with development teams
• Understanding the basics of product analytics
