Your way to the team:

We do not conduct interview stages, because we value both your time and ours.
Usually the process consists of two stages: first we get to know each other, and then there will be a technical interview conducted by HR and the head of the department.

Your area of responsibility in this position:

• Create, configure and maintain user accounts (Microsoft 365, Active Directory).

• Configure and train IT equipment for new and current employees (Windows, macOS) style="font-weight: 400">User support: help with day-to-day technical issues.

• Working with the command line for basic technical tasks.

• Interaction with other departments to ensure stable operation IT infrastructures.

Your adaptation will beis with:
• Acquaintance with the team and colleagues;
• Acquaintance with work processes and procedures;
• Successful completion of the Onboarding course.

• Have basic or initial practical experience with Windows and macOS.

• Familiar with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, understand basic IT processes.

• Have interest or basic knowledge in AI tools.

• Able to explain technical things in simple and clear words.

• Responsible, punctual and attentive to details.

• Ready to learn, develop in the IT direction and work with users.
