About the role: As a Junior IT HelpDesk Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. A Junior IT Support Engineer provides the first line of technical support to all Ciklum employees and basic IT services of high quality. This role involves performing day-to-day support tasks and resolving failure issues. Responsibilities: The primary job duties and responsibilities of a Junior IT HelpDesk Engineer are as follows: Managing tickets on the Service Desk system Delegating tasks to the second and third lines of support Communicating with customers through Gmail, Google Chat, Google Meet, and phone calls Providing daily user support with hardware and software issues Cooperating with other IT sub-departments to solve common IT issuesCooperating and communicating with other IT sub-departments to find the best way to fix problems and improve IT service managementMaintaining up-to-date both external (for customers) and internal (for the team) documentation up-to-datePreparing, provisioning, and deprovisioning workstations for newcomers and leavers Cooperating with the Procurement department Cooperating with IT service providers Managing IT assets and peripherals in the IT stock Requirements: Technical background: Knowledge in the administration of Windows 10 and above, Linux Ubuntu, and macOS, Microsoft products, Network, Google Apps, Active Directory, GPOProblem-solving abilities: Diplomatic mindset, client-oriented (client first) approach, crisis management skillsTeamwork skills: To be a team player able to cooperate with the other team members to fulfill daily tasksUnderstanding of the ITIL principles, good communication skills: To be able to convey information clearlyStress resistance: To be able to remain calm in difficult or stressful situations Self-improvement and self-education: To be eager to learn English level: Intermediate and above What's in it for you?
