Junior IT Business Analyst in Niks

TASKS FOR THE FIRST 3 MONTHS OF WORK:

• Immersion in the main aspects of the project, analysis of business processes of conceptual ideas;
• Communication and engagement with stakeholders to accurately identify their needs;
• Designing solutions, creating functional and non-functional requirements;
• Sorting defects and forecasting results;
• Conducting meetings and coordinating development teams on requirements.< /li>

KEY DUTIES:

• Effective communication with remote team members and stakeholders;
• Collection and structuring of requirements from various sources;
• Thorough analysis of requirements and data to identify potential gaps and challenges before development begins;< /span>
• Preparation of requirements documentation using diagrams and layouts, in accordance with project management principles;
• Conducting acceptance testing and presenting the results to customers and stakeholders;
• Promoting Agile teamwork and holding meetings with the engineering team.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher;< /span>
• At least six months of experience in IT business analysis, preferably as a business analyst, security engineer quality, support specialist or similar roles;
• Knowledge of business analysis techniques and software development theory requirements;
• Knowledge of Agile practices in software development.

PERSONAL QUALITIES:

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills;
• Good communication skills;
• Ability to quickly switch between tasks;
• < span style="font-weight: 400">The ability to learn quickly and the desire to master new knowledge
• Ability to work both in a team and independently;
• High level of responsibility and organization.< /span>

WILL BE PREFERRED:

• Technical experience and way of thinking;
• Ability to coordinate discussions and present;< /span>
• Knowledge of the basics of computer science;
• Knowledge of technologies and methods of ensuring product quality;
• Knowledge of the main functions of JIRA, Confluence;
• Ability to work from the office in Poltava/Kharkiv.
