Junior Inbox Customer Service Specialist with German( fully remote possible)

Your role and main tasks

  • You are responsible for the professional acceptance and processing of inquiries from our German and Polish customers via email and telephone.
  • You also work together with colleagues from other teams in the areas of payment, complaints, logistics and accounting in order to find the best possible solution for our customers.
  • You are the contact person for our customers for queries pre-sales and post-sales (including payment processing, order processing and cancellations/returns).

You will need

  • Excellent knowledge of German, both spoken and written - grammatically correct (min. C1 level). 
  • Minimum one-year experience in e-mail customer service in German-speaking countries (preferably in e-commerce sector). 
  • Willingness and passion for working with customers. 
  • Goal-oriented and customer-oriented, high commitment and often a creative approach! Customer inquiries are always dealt with extremely carefully and on an individual basis 
  • Positive attitude towards the world and people. 
  • Independence in solving queries from start to finish.
  • Team oriented approach. 
  • Openness to work fixed hours within the time window of 6:00am - 10:00pm and also to work on weekends.
