Junior HR Specialist (ID 395) in HELSI

Helsi is a Ukrainian product IT company on the market since 2016. The goal of Helsi is access to health in one interface.

The service allows patients to quickly and conveniently make an appointment with a doctor, and medical institutions to automate the work of health care centers and carry out electronic document management. More than 9 million people are users of the Helsi mobile application. The system is used by about 1,500 health care facilities and over 38,000 medical workers across Ukraine.

Requirements:

• Desirable experience of 6 months of work in a similar position.
• Ability to find contact with different people.
• Excellent communication skills and stress resistance, focus on the result.
• Flexibility and organization.

Responsibilities:

• Participation in all processes related to talent management (onboarding, closing the trial period, Performance Review, 1-1, employee surveys, offboarding, training and development, etc.).
• Assisting in organizing online and offline events, conducting internal communication.
• Administering internal HR CRM.
• Participation in creating a positive image of the company as an employer.
• Participation in the company's HR projects.
