Junior HR specialist in Blagomay, BF

The Blagomai Charitable Foundation has been working for more than 13 years to create a decent childhood and equal opportunities for children deprived of parental care, as well as for children who suffered as a result of the war in Ukraine. 

• Higher education (personnel management, psychology, sociology, management or related areas will be an advantage);
• Interest in the HR direction and the desire to develop in the field of working with people;
• Good communication skills and the ability to build trusting interaction;
• Attention, organization and responsibility in working with information and documents;
• Ability to work with several tasks at the same time and adhere to deadlines;
• Basic understanding of HR processes (recruitment, adaptation, personnel development).
• Experience in HR from 2 years

Experience in non-profit / public organizations will be an advantage, but not mandatory.

Key tasks:

• Assistance in the organization and support of recruitment processes (placement of vacancies, communication with candidates);
• Participation in the process of adaptation of new employees;
• Maintenance and organization of HR documentation;
• Support of internal HR processes and initiatives;
• Communication with the foundation team on organizational and HR issues;
• Help in organizing internal meetings, trainings and team activities;

Supporting the manager and the HR department in current tasks.
