we are looking for a person who shares our values, knows how to work with people, pays attention to details and wants to develop in the field of personnel management in the non-profit sector.
Our ideal candidate has:- Higher education (personnel management, psychology, sociology, management or related areas will be an advantage);
- Interest in the HR direction and the desire to develop in the field of working with people;
- Good communication skills and the ability to build trusting interaction;
- Attention, organization and responsibility in working with information and documents;
- Ability to work with several tasks at the same time and adhere to deadlines;
- Basic understanding of HR processes (recruitment, adaptation, personnel development).
- Experience in HR from 2 years
Experience in non-profit / public organizations will be an advantage, but not mandatory.
Key tasks:
- Assistance in the organization and support of recruitment processes (placement of vacancies, communication with candidates);
- Participation in the process of adaptation of new employees;
- Maintenance and organization of HR documentation;
- Support of internal HR processes and initiatives;
- Communication with the foundation team on organizational and HR issues;
- Help in organizing internal meetings, trainings and team activities;
Supporting the manager and the HR department in current tasks.
