Junior HR People Partner in SoftSvit

SoftSvit is a product IT company that not only develops, but also promotes its own product. We are currently looking for a Junior HR People Partner to join our team.

Requirements:

• Work experience in the field of HR from 6 months;
• Flexibility and quick adaptation to changes;
• Orientation on business needs;
• Organized, independent;
• Psychological education or experience in providing support will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular 1:1, find an individual approach to each employee, determine what motivates and demotivates him, and also look for the best retention and support tools;
• Act from the position of a coach and help find the best solutions at the intersection of interests employee and business;
• Support employees at all stages of the life cycle in the company; Prepare comprehensive assessment reports;
• Work on deepening corporate culture;
• Participate in the implementation of internal HR projects;
• Consult on internal policy issues.
