We are currently looking for a proactive Junior HR People Partner with 1 year of experience who can actively support HR- processes and participate in the development of our corporate culture.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting individual 1:1 meetings with employees to assess job satisfaction and identify needs;
• Organization and holding of corporate events for the team;
• Interaction with contractors and suppliers to order corporate merchandise;
• Organization of gifts for employees on holidays and special dates;
• Support of internal communication and participation in projects aimed at improving corporate culture.

Requirements:

• Experience in an HR position from 1 year;
• Confident skills of conducting individual meetings (1:1) with employees;
• Experience in organizing corporate events ;
• Intermediate English;
• Ability to effectively organize orders for corporate merch and gifts;
• Responsibility, communication skills, ability to work in a team.

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in the field of iGaming;
• Knowledge of Figma.
