What you will do (after our training):

• Talent search: Placement of vacancies on specialized resources and initial selection of resumes.

• Organization of interviews: Coordination of meetings between candidates and our art directors.

• Onboarding: Helping new employees adapt to the agency (showing where the best coffee and how the printer works).

• People Care: Participation in the organization of internal events, birthday celebrations and lectures for the team.

• HR administration: Maintaining the employee database and helping with internal documentation.
